Our cakes are made with the finest of ingredients. We offer a choice of Rich Fruit laced with Brandy, Plain Madeira Sponge filled with Strawberry Jam & Whipped Buttercream, Rich Chocolate filled with Chocolate Ganache, Lemon Drizzle filled with Lemon Curd & Whipped Buttercream, Coffee & Walnut, Cherry & Almond, Carrot Cake, Banana Cake and Strawberry Cake

We also cater for special dietary requirements, ie- Gluten Free Cakes

We can supply any size cake, offering a choice of different flavours, different shapes and different colours incorporating your wedding day style and theme.

I gained my 139/1, 139/2, 139/3 Advanced Sugarpaste and Advanced Royal Icing Certificates after attending a 4 year course at Bolton Community College, my passion for cake decorating started at an early age but I didn’t persue it until after I attended Mid Cheshire College completing  a 3 year course in Hotel Management, Catering and Hospitality Studies.
